COMMUNITY SOUL MISSION / GIVING MY TIME

Giving back isn't just about writing a check.

It's about showing up, giving your time, and being part of something that makes a difference.

Community support has played an important role in my own life. Giving back is personal to me, whether I'm serving on a volunteer board, sharing breathwork, or helping people connect with causes worth caring about.

OTHER WAYS I DONATE MY TIME

The people and causes behind the work.

These are some of the ways I've personally given my time, separate from financial donations and my local business collaborations.

01

FOSTER YOUTH / VOLUNTEER BOARD SERVICE

Bridge the Gap

I've donated my time serving on the board of Bridge the Gap, a Southwest Washington nonprofit that helps children in foster care access resources, activities, and opportunities they might otherwise miss.

Having experienced foster care myself, this cause is especially close to my heart. I know what it means when someone in your community chooses to show up for you.

4D RECOVERY / BREATHWORK & COMMUNITY SERVICE

Sharing the power of breathwork.

As a Certified Breathwork Facilitator through Our Breath Collective, I've shared conscious breathing practices with the 4D Recovery community. I appreciate the welcoming environment 4D creates for young people in recovery to connect, learn, and support one another.

My goal in facilitating these sessions is to offer practical, compassionate tools for self-awareness, managing stress, grounding and reconnecting with the body. I draw on my own experiences to create a supportive space without judgment.

BEYOND 4D / COMMUNITY BREATHWORK

The breath is a resource we carry with us.

On my original breathwork page, I also shared why this work matters to me: I've used breathwork, mindfulness, and mind-body practices in navigating my own challenges. I've brought those tools into community settings, including work with school communities, athletes, first responders, and recovery centers.

These practices can offer a way to slow down, pay attention, and find a little more steadiness in difficult moments. I value making them approachable and accessible to the people I serve.

03

COMMUNITY ADVOCACY / CONNECTIONS

Connecting people to causes that matter.

I've spent time sharing resources, bringing attention to local needs, and connecting neighbors with organizations doing meaningful work. Sometimes the most useful thing you can give is your time, your voice, or an introduction.

Community Soul Mission is the community outreach branch of my real estate business, not a nonprofit. Its fundraiser and past donation recipients are featured separately from my personal volunteer service.

THE REASON I KEEP SHOWING UP

I know what a difference community can make.

The support my family received during difficult times made an impact that stayed with me. I created Community Soul Mission to help pay that kindness forward, and donating my time is an important part of that commitment.
