I'm a Certified Breath Coach, with Our Breath Collective.

My mission is to support individuals in our community with the power of deliberate breath. I guide teachers/school staff/students/athletes, first responders/EMT/fire and rescue/etc, and recovery centers in a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing through the incredible potential of conscious breath.

My expertise lies in recognizing the profound connection between the mind and body, and by harnessing the power of conscious breathing, I equip individuals with tools and resources that help them unlock their inner wisdom, release emotional obstacles, regulate their central nervous system, manage stress, optimize health and wellness, and realize their true potential.

Drawing upon my own experiences of overcoming trauma and chronic mental and physical health challenges, I seamlessly integrate a range of breathwork techniques, mindfulness practices, and complementary modalities to establish a safe and nurturing environment for exploration and personal growth. My core belief is that the breath serves as a portal to profound states of healing, clarity, and personal transformation.
